Machine Head is a gritty heavy metal band who uses dark, biblical symbolism and political criticisms in their lyrics. This box set shows the relationship between two albums and the mindset of the band at these two points in time.
The imagery was created through Intaglio Printmaking because it reflects Machine Head's gritty style and it is pretty metal if I do say so myself. The intaglio printing process is shown above.
